The Managed Workspace Fund provides investments in the form of both loans and grants to community enterprises looking to set up a managed workspace facility.
These workspaces will be rented to a vibrant mix of third sector organisations and other businesses.
The Managed Workspace Fund’s aim is to help investees achieve financial sustainability for themselves: this means that they can boost their local community by nurturing other enterprises and increasing economic activity.
The host organisation will receive a sustainable income stream through the rent paid by its tenants, while the workspace will offer tenants a supportive environment in which they can develop. In turn, this will stimulate businesses growth and the benefits this brings.
The Managed Workspace fund is currently closed to application.
